A note from our CEO

After 10 years as a driving force in a successful recruitment business and with a desire to do things differently, I set up MDM Consultants. Back in 2006 we began to service the risk, regulation and compliance needs within financial services, which are still loyal clients to this day. 

In 2013, I saw a niche opportunity and developed a successful fintech business, alongside running MDM Consultants. After growing it for a number of years, I sold the shareholder disclosure management firm in 2020. This helped me to truly understand the challenge of attracting and retaining talent in a high-growth business. Particularly, with the internal and external pressures senior management face. 

This experience, coupled with an awareness of the changing 21st Century workplace, has been the inspiration for our exclusive way of working. I am extremely proud of this new approach to recruitment as it aligns fully with our core values, people centric approach and deep passion to deliver true value to help our clients succeed.
