Agree
During this phase of our journey together, it is critical that we agree our project plan and key milestones to success. We fully define and implement systems, processes and procedures that support our relationship.

Deliver

Our close relationship provides you with a real time understanding of every stage of the process as it develops from building the target lists, market feedback, interview scheduling and start dates all mapped against the project plan.
As our hiring processes are agreed and defined, all parties are able to act in unison to work towards our success. Candidate testing and assessments are built into the process as agreed. We constantly communicate market feedback which will ensure that decision making is swift, giving us the best chance to secure the right people for your business.

Nurture
At MDM our service does not stop the day a new hire starts. As a true partner we become a cornerstone of the employee journey, an impartial touch point, able to listen and discuss onboarding and on-going issues to reduce the chance of escalation. Often having someone else to talk to is all we need. As MDM has a true sense of the office vibe, current operational and management challenges we are there to provide this additional support.
As part of the partnership we have a formal follow up plan but of course we are always on hand to support as and when required.
